Day 1 : Arrive Tokyo

• Rise early for Warm up exercises

• Breakfast in the hotel

• Sightseeing of Tokyo with Bay cruise

• Lunch & Dinner in local restaurant

Day 3 : Breakfast in the hotel

• Rise early for Warm up exercises

• Breakfast in the hotel

• Depart for Nikko Tour

• lunch at Ryokan

• Dinner in local restaurant

• Overnight at hotel

Day 4 : Breakfast in the hotel

• Rise early for Warm up exercises

• Breakfast in the hotel

• 1 hour session of Judo demo with participation to get the know how

• Visit to Kodokan - the first Judo centre in the World

• Lunch & dinner in local restaurant

• Overnight at hotel

Day 5 : Breakfast in the hotel

• Rise early for warm up exercises

• Breakfast in the hotel

• 1 hour session Judo demo with participation to get the know how

Day 6 : Breakfast in the hotel

• Rise early for warm up exercises

• Distribution of Participation Certificate from recognised Judo Club in Mumbai (under Judo Federation of India)

• Transfer to airport to return to Mumbai
