The flights to Dubai are YET to start,✈️

Dubai is opening for tourism from July 7, 2020
No more than three people are allowed to travel together in a car, unless they are all members of the same family.
It might take longer for tourists from Asian markets to return
You should take a PCR test up to four days before your flight to Dubai, in a local hospital or private clinic for example. Make sure you take the results to Dubai with you.

Authorities will also issue a Dh10,000 fine to anyone who refuses to install or register for a smart tracking application, people who fail to carry the electronic tracking device during home quarantine and to those who lose or destroy it. The offender will also bear the cost of damages.
If you do not arrange your own test before you fly, you will be swabbed when you land in Dubai. You must self-quarantine until the results are ready
